Day 3 - End of the Journey
Woke up pretty early at around 5.45am to catch the sunrise with Steph, but unfortunately, the sun eluded us that very day. After washing up, we went for breakfast, and to our utter disappointment, the well known siew yuk stall was not open. However, breakfast was still pretty good.
Anyway, after dinner, we went off to Jus Chapel for their Sunday service before we ended our trip. Jerusha gave testimony, and we presented a song, and went through their very different way of holy communion, and finally ended the missions.
At Jus Chapel for the Sunday Service.
Our very abled Missions Coordinator, Dude Shen saying a few words.
Jerusha giving her testimony. Haha, wonder who she was smiling at.
Pastor Joseph, the one in charge of the Orang Asli and all their villages. He defines the word RESPECT in my dictionary.
Holy Communion.
Matt and Claudia before departure.
Classic...
After that, we headed back to Batang Melaka, pack up the luggage, have our second lunch, and thus ended missions. Missions was awesome, and there were moments to remember, and moments to forget, but I miss missions already. Thank God for a wonderful trip, and thank you for reading.
Signing off,
Matt
